Unable to enter ready room with Main Character

Hi,

I am currently have some issues trying to enter the ready room after selecting my main character. After selecting the character, it permanently stays at 'entering ready room...'

I have tried changing the region from USA to Europe and back, but the problem stays. Interestingly enough, I am able to enter the ready room with the two other characters on this account. I can also enter the ready room on an alternative account.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I can provide my character information if need be.

I am having the same exact problem and it is really bugging me because I was looking towards playing this morning!

I got the same issue - with the difference that I got only one char on my account; though I can create a new char here, I simply can't enter with my main char on position #1.

I already pressed F2 while waiting and wrote a report (I hope it got sended and it helps).

Now here a question to you who got the same issue:
I got my acount originally from Kongregate and use the extra.txt file to automatically log in to a standalone client.

My questions are:
-At what place got your Spiral Knights account created? (Kongregate, SK homepage, Steam, etc...)
-Do you use a standalone client, too?
-Do you use an extra.txt?

After a day, I am now able to login. I spoke to my other guild members, and they were also having some issues logging in (it could be unrelated).

Answering Jenovas' questions:
1) My main account was created using Steam. My alternate account was made using the SK homepage.
2) I mainly use the steam-based client, though I can launch it as a standalone if I wanted to.
3) I do not use any extra.txt

Hopefully your issues are resolved as well.

fixed, but....

well, it got fixed - obviously - but it does still bother me what was the reason out of it and - even more important - how I could manually solve it before it gets fixed in an overal bug fix from OOO.

aka: What do I have to do when it happens again and I don't want to wait till it gets fixed by OOO?
