In short: convince the monsters in the clockworks to hang out in your guild hall forever. Method of doing this is somewhat intricate, but fairly simple. You are not CAPTURING them, since you can't treat a Gremlin like a bug- it's an intelligent being. You're calming them down and befriending them.

Different creatures behave in different ways, adding a sort of unique community of life to individual halls. They are all basically "wandering", except turrets of course. They will react to knights as well as each other, if they get close enough (about a 3 tile radius).

I think something like this would be a nice addition to not only how players play levels, but also to the community of guilds in the game.
