Faust, Gran Faust, Curse Resistance, and You

I've been looking all over the forums for the answer to my question, but I couldn't find anything. I need to know how much curse resistance is needed to nullify the curse backfire on the Gran Faust. I have a high curse resist Vog Cub Cap and I've never been cursed by the Faust since I got it a few weeks ago. I am curious to know if the Gran Faust's curse is going to require more curse resistance.
I'd do the testing myself, but I haven't been able to get my hands on the GF recipe for a few weeks now. :\

There is no way to become
There is no way to become fully immune to a status as far as I know. You can, however make the duration very short (~3 seconds). Though I've noticed with Fire that there are different grades of the status condition that are not affected by resistance values. Even with huge Curse resist you would still get (very short) 4-item+ Curses.

I don't think curse resist affects the chance of GETTING cursed (you might just have been lucky!)-
however, it does affect (at the very least), the number of items that get cursed and the length of the curse.
A full angelic set's worth of curse resist is enough to save 2 items and 1 weapon.
Seraphic set is enough to save 3 items and 1 weapon.
Also, just in case you didn't know, it only has a chance of cursing you during your charge attack, so if you never use it, you'll never curse yourself lol.
Gran Faust's charge attack takes twice as long to charge anyway - it almost completely discourages its use >:[

high should nullify the effect of the charge attack for both. I have very high and ive never been cursed byt the charge attack from gran faust.

Yeah, I use the charge attack all of the time. When I first got the sword, I was constantly cursing myself. Then I proc'ed high curse resist on my cap and I haven't been cursed ever since. It's not luck, it's immunized me from the sword's effects. I guess I will take SwordSaint's answer, since he's never been cursed with very high.
This belongs in The Arsenal, just FYI.
You could also put in a spading request with the Wiki people; they've been doing a lot of this kind of testing lately.
