Alright then, here we go.
I propose OOO make a war mallet styled weapon. Not a rocket hammer. A heavy sword which knights swing in circles, trying to give it momentum, then smashes foes with the power of physics. Here's how it goes. NOTE:- The 2star version of this sword is a Troika (Fangel's idea there :D )
3 STAR-> SPIRAL MALLET
--------------------------------------------------------
Normal Damage, chance of weak stun (last swing; charge)
A rusted ivory mallet with a handle similar to that of the caliber. Is cracked on one side and bears the spiral insignia on the other.
A mini mallet more than capable of mauling monsters.
The combo consists of 3 swings, the last two of which are 360 degrees. Now I know what your thinking, "OP". Now here me out.
As I said before, this sword is gonna be using momentum as its means of causing damage. The first swipe would be like that of a troika, causing damage equivalent to a 2star troika . However, the second hit is a spin,if you choose to perform it. It is however, painstakingly slow, dealing damage equivalent to a 3star troika (kamerin/ grintovech) . The last swing is 1.75 X faster than the 2nd swing. It pushes the knight forward by a half of a block and causes damage slightly higher than a 3star Troika (kamarin/grintovech) . As you see, this sword needs quite a bit of skill to use effectively. Going in for a full combo is high risk and high reward. Through the tedious 1st two spins, you are likely to get hit, but the last swing will really pack a punch. Causes knockback equivalent to-> A valiance on swing 1, a caliber on swing 2 and a troika on swing 3.
The charge consists of 1 fast spin, much like a caliber charge. . The charge however, unlike the caliber charge, launches the user forward.
OR
A weak 360 spin which has the user throw the hammer a short distance, perhaps carrying the user along with it. Sort of like a magnus charge but backwards, and you're part of the "bullet". But short distance; around 2-3 tiles. The 360 spin could do the damage of a third hit, and the throw could do damage comparable to a troika's charge, but with less knockback. - Credits to Fangel c:
4 STAR-> GREAT HAMMER
--------------------------------------------------------
Normal Damage, chance of weak stun (last swing; charge)
The crack on the hammer is gone. There is also now a red ribbon flowing from the handle of the hammer (kinda like how a scarf does). The mallet has a shine to it, and is slightly larger.
Redone and enlarged, this refined hammer will really wreck into the rotten rascals who oppose you.
The combo is the same as above, replacing the damage values of its respective swings with the first one doing less than Khorkovad damage, the second one doing equivalent and the 3rd one doing more.
Same charge as above, however the ribbon trails around making a nice "whoosh" sound.
5 STAR-> EARTH SHAKER/ TUNDRA BREAKER
------------------------------------------------------------
EARTH SHAKER
Normal Damage, chance of moderate stun (last swing; charge)
The hammer is much larger. It is a formidable white now. There are two intertwining crimson ribbons encircling the now-silver grip on the crimson handle. The hammer also contains a single spike on top of it. The hammer appears to twinkle constantly.
A powerful hammer, said to fill its wielder with courage and pride; all while taking both away from it's target.
Same combo as it's predecessors. Replace the damage values with those of sudaruska, as has been done above.
The charge shot now has an additional overhead swing added to it at the end of the spin, which brings up rocks like the sudaruska.
OR Fangel's charge suggestion.
TUNDRA BREAKER
Elemental Damage, chance of moderate freeze (last swing; charge)
The hammer is now translucent and a light shade of blue. At the end of the single ribbon circling it is a golden bell. There is a single icicle on top. There is constantly a frosty mist (like the shivermist buster) coming out of it.
An icy hammer used by those who lived in the North and worshiped the cold. The ring of it's bell is the last thing it's target hears before it meets it's cold death.
Same combo as Earth Shaker.
Charge is also like Earth Shaker, with Triglav ice coming out instead of rocks.
When you hit a foe, the bell on the hammer makes a faint jingling sound.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alright folks, without further ado, here's my second weapon suggestion; a line of bombs this time. These bombs act more like mines. Of course, straight up putting mines in the game wouldn't be very Spiral knight-ish, so here's my idea on it! The bomb originates from the 2star static capacitor.
3 STAR -> ELECTRON DISCHARGE
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Elemental Damage, chance of weak shock.
A circular grey bomb which has cracks all over it. The cracks are a dull yellow. The top of the bomb is a dull yellow as well.
Science has struck yet again, creating a bomb capable of producing an ion cloud, capable of aligning electrons in the atmosphere to electrocute enemies who pass under it.
This bomb is rather unique (and sure to be fun). Upon detonation of this bomb, a small grey cloud is spawned. This grey cloud is as big as the blast radius of the bomb. If an enemy passes under the cloud, it shoots a single lightning bolt down upon it, causing damage, knockback and possibly weak shock. The cloud disappears after shooting a lightning bolt down. If no enemy passes under the bomb within 10 seconds, it detonates itself. Just so as to prevent people from making "walls" of these clouds, only 3 clouds at a time may be on screen per bomb (i.e, if you and your friend both have the bomb, you guys get 6 clouds; 3 for you, 3 for your friend). If you exceed 3 clouds, the oldest one detonates. kerZAP!
Radius is less than a 2star haze bomb. Damage is slightly less than a 3 star super blast bomb (since it deals a status while the blast bomb does not). The initial explosion does damage equivalent to the damage caused by a haze bomb's explosion.
Just so you get a better picture; the cloud is wimpy looking and a light shade of grey. The lightning bolt is more of a static shock.
4 STAR -> THUNDER CRASHER
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Elemental Damage, chance of weak shock.
The bomb is a darker shade of grey, the cracks a brighter yellow. Yellow sparks are constantly shed from the bomb. The top is slightly cracked as well, with a small lightning bolt sticking out on top.
Scientist wanted to make the discharge from the Electron Discharge filled with more electrons. After many failed attempts to do so, they decided to simply double the amount of explosive substance inside the bomb. Although it isn't strictly "safe", it gets the job done with a ZAP!
Same as above. The radius is now almost at that of a 2star haze bomb. Damage values are as above, although scaled to a 4star master blast bomb(for lightning) and 3star haze bomb (for initial explosion).
The cloud formed is a darker grey. The lightning bolt is thicker and looks pretty cool now. After the explosion, it leaves the ground black and broken for a while, like what happens when you use a Thunder Caller.
5 STAR -> (I have 2 names for this, can't decide which one I like better) BOLT OF ZEUS/ VAJRA
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Bolt of Zeus is an obvious reference to the Greek God Zeus. Vajra is a reference to the Hindu God Indra, who also is the God of Lightning/ Storms, and possesses a lightning bolt- weapon, called the Vajra.
With so much Godly power packed into one bomb, this weapon is sure to storm through all foes dim witted enough to stray near it.
Elemental Damage, chance of weak shock.
The bomb is black, with wisps of grey scattered upon it. The cracks emanate and pulse in a bright and vibrant yellowish- white. The lightning bolt on top is formidable and large, constantly glowing. The entire bomb gives of sparks. The bottom of the bomb is hazy; representing a cloud.
The damage is the same as above, with the same scaled damage values.
The cloud released is pure black, complete with the shadow effects on shadow Valkyrie and dragon wings. The lightning bolt is huge and formidable; though not any brighter than it was before. Don't wanna blind the user and his team.
Radius is now equal to that of a 2star haze bomb.
The bombs also all make a sound similar to the storm caller usable.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Even more coming soon! To give you an idea, I have 2 more swords and 2 more guns still to put up, so stay tuned! And remember, I love your feedback and your approval, so comment away if you have anything on your mind!
With regular combos hitting 360 degrees it sounds like a Max ASI hammer would be the new goto weapon for LD noobs (perfect pairing with Polaris).
Its total damage output per combo is higher than the weapons that it is compared to (troika lines) and it has much more viability as a solo weapon.
The average damage for 3 star swords rides at just past 100 in Stratum 1 (Wiki is lacking in numerous 3 star sword damage tables so I couldn't do them all).
In stratum 1 your 3star weapon would deal more damage (138 in strat 1) than a 3 star calibur (highest scoring 3 star sword in strat 1 that had a damage chart)(125 in strat 1) to a single enemy, with a 360 spin on every combo swing the sword would be incredibly powerful, not only dealing high damage but keeping the user relatively safe from enemies.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________
I would propose making only the last swing of the combo do the 360 and drop the damage by a few digits per swing (if you plan on keeping the status you might want to drop a bit more)(compare flourish damage to rigadoon), this would keep it PVP and PVE balanced.
