Not exploitable as much
You can't just pick a level and run it because of rotations, unless level generation is nice.
On the bright side though, this event will get you a lot of advanced orbs of alchemy if you speedrun a tier 2 arcade gate for boxes and punkin lairs.

If you're tier 3
The Ruby Queen gate is pretty good.
Always either an arena or Clockwork Tunnels on the first level...

In Clockwork tunnels
There is a chance for a Punkin Lair to show up in any Clockwork Tunnels-styled level in the arcade. These look like gears on the icon. However, verify that the grey ones are Clockwork Tunnels and not "Deconstruction Zones", as they share the same icon despite being entirely different levels.
Punkin King is arcade only. The gourdling mounts can be found in any graveyard level however, including mission ones.
