After I heard Pi theorycrafting about the person being Shade, I screamed "DIE!" and immediately attacked the person Mischief was attacking.
Dee finds the address, an apartment. However he didn't get a room number.
The customer backs off and throws his jacket off, revealing high tech armor that you somehow won't receive if you kill the enemy.
Mischief spawns an Ambrosia-on-a-Stick for Charley and says: "KILL HIM! He must die!"

Seeing his phone screen graphically glitch out begins to make Dee feel slightly nervous, and he tries turning his phone off and on again to fix it.
Upon reaching the apartment and realizing his costumer didn't him the full details, Dee searches for the landlord and asks them which room number belongs to "CmnRibon1".
Dee's phone won't turn on. And the apartment manager says that the power in the apartment is down, and the technicians don't know what's causing it.
And also they don't distinguish customers or tenants by usernames.
If he wants, he can take the stairs and examine the next three floors for suspicious activity.

With his phone suddenly failing and the power having mysteriously gone out, Dee thinks that the situation is all too convenient; he may as well be walking into a trap.
However, Dee refuses to leave without an answer as to what is going on, and especially if his customer turns out to be legit after all.
Dee takes up the box of vanilla cupcakes under his right arm and looks at Tugarin for reassurance.
"Let's get to the bottom of this."
And so, Dee ascends the stairs of the apartment to investigate.
They're Teddy, I have some sort of ongoing gag where I call them something random that starts with Z, so I guess that might have confused you.

Assuming Pumpkin's stats are the same as Tugarin, Pumpkin uses Juiceblast on Hastatus before Charley charges them and cloaks.

Dee then proceeds to Leg Rend Velite, follows up with a Slash, and ends his actions Bracing.
I go for another double shock then defend.

The words of Velite's taunt echos ironically through Dee's mind as he smirks at the servant's easy defeat. However, it quickly disappears as Dee acknowledges the undelivered box of cupcakes still held under his arm. Although wary of their existence, Dee continues to search for the customer.
Dee tries turning on his phone again, assuming it was the jammer that was affecting it. Should the phone function: Dee details the events that had occurred during his delivery in response message to the Pickles sent, messages "CmnRibon1" for their apartment number, and reads the message that had glitched his phone upon receival after getting a reply from "CmnRibon1".
Mischief is too injured to move. Take him to the vet or equip the heal card.
Dee reads the messages on his phone. Sure enough, it wasn't being jammed.

"Well, it's too late now. I had already walked into the trap they set for me, although it wasn't a very good one. Just an ambush by a lone minion, and an unskilled one at that; nothing I can't handle. Though, I fear that they won't be underestimating me in the future.
Sorry, but the jamming made me misinterpret your warning as taunting from an old adversary. Why are you trying to help me, anyways?"
Dee continues onto Katie's message.
"That cat?" Dee thinks to himself after reading it.
He hasn't heard of Mittens in a long time, not since when he had taken care of him before the time warp; an experience that helped greatly with the shop's recent ownership of Mischief. Considering how relevant cats are to his current situation, Dee would not be surprised if Shade was somehow involved in Mitten's disappearance.
Dee simply replies to the message:
"I'll keep an eye out for him."
But a second thought makes him follow up soon after:
"How did you get my number, anyways?"

The anonymous messages reassures Dee that the delivery was a ruse, so he returns to the landlord and explains to her the situation.
"It was an electrical jamming device, placed in an open room, that's been causing the power to go out. It was placed there specifically for me to find and disassemble; as part of an ambush sent to assassinate me. I'm sorry to have involved you and the residents here in this feud of ours, it just so happens that our adversary chose this place in particular. If anything else out of the ordinary occurs, make sure to contact us."
Dee then exchanges business cards with the landlord as a sign of good will.
"Oh, and if you like, you can have these half a dozen vanilla cupcakes. They were supposed to be delivered to someone here, but it seems like the order was part of the ambush plan as well. Free of charge! Consider it as payment for the trouble."
Dee mounts his bike after finishing the exchange. Making sure Tugarin is secure around his shoulders, Dee speedily returns back to the shop.

"The shop was attacked again?!" Dee exclaims after he hearing what had happened. There was no way he could of known about it due to his phone being jammed.
Dee worriedly looks at Mischief, grimacing at profuse gash along his backside. As the only one with a vehicle, he knows he's going to have to take him to a veterinarian. Dee drops his bag on the floor and hastily unloads his loot in preparation for the trip. But upon picking up the Heal Card from the bottom of the bag, he suddenly hears a mysterious voice explaining to him just what it does.
Dee was no less quicker in equipping the card and casting Heal upon Mischief.
I can't be bothered to read Dee's entire post, so I punch the lamp again instead.

I equip the Blade Drop card and ask Matik if he can augment the spear with a poison cap.
After a long time, Charley finally manages to walk 2 feet and pick the Ambrosia-On-A-Stick back up, since nobody seems to want it.
The lamp gets bored of Zipper trying to punch it and teleports away when nobody is looking.
I try to augment my TwatTek Laser Spear with the Leech Blade lifesteal power. If it fails, augment it with the Poison Cap.
I tell Dee that a stronger Shade soldier, Hastatus rank, was being initially attacked by Mischief, and I attacked him because I thought he was Shade in its battle form. Still, I have no idea why Shade wants to kill us all. IF it's all about Mischief then he probably dowsn't know how to care for cats. But, if he intentionally tries to kill us to "make sure we're no longer existing" or to "erase someone from existence" then he might be our arch-nemesis. I will try to talk to him the next time he appears (without meltdowns of course, but I doubt that it will happen, considering Shade cannot appear without acting like a 9 year old)
And I tell everyone that I will talk to Shade and ask him why he wants us dead and what's the purpose of ambushes and cake shop assaults etc. Oh, and I tell that if Shade personally harms us and I will see it, then I will make sure he will be erased from the universe.
I equip the Reprisal Card and keep walking to find some armor (or materials to forge one piece of armor)

Dee unequipped his Revolver, then equips the Heal Card to heal Mischief. Then he tells Teddy not to equip his Revolver while there is a 3-turn-equip-change-cooldown imposed on him.
New Message. "You gave it to me 2 years ago, when you said to give you a call if I needed help."
Pickles equips the Leech Blade and the Blade Drop Card. With the Blade Drop Card Pickles can run up walls and do a cool jump stab attack.
Matik finds a weird looking battery in an alley. It's all glowing and fun stuff.
Teddy got lost trying to find the lamp. He's in the middle of the city now, still lost.
I remind Matik that Shade is attacking because he wants Mischief.
I start wondering where Zander is and begin looking for him, while Charley and Pumpkin stay behind with Dee.
Pumpkin looks at Tugarin.
IF Shade really wants to kill us for a magical cat, then at least he should've tried to care more for Mischief rather than start this mess.
I attempt to do the following:
- Power my laser spear with it *Undyne intensifies*
if it fails
- Insert it into my emergency power system
- Give it to the teleporting stronglamp *Undyne vanishes*
- Give it to Nann
- Store it for later use
I go wander for more stuff.
Dee doesn't remember ever giving Katie his number back then, but he decides to blame his poor memory and not concern himself with the matter any further.
Considering that the other employees are out of the shop wandering places, Dee decides to do some house keeping.
Dee makes sure Mischief is recovering well and leaves a bowl of milk in front of him.
Afterwards, he enters storage room and examines how the room is laid out.
Meanwhile, Tugarin avoids Pumpkin's gaze and follows Dee into the storage room. Xe can't help but feel that there's something wrong with the rainbow dragon.
((So, Dee's motorbike is considered a piece of equipment? He can't exactly attack with it, but oh well. I was planning to have that third slot for a Ballistic Shield.))

Pickles sets out to find Teddy through the use of his radar network thing. AKA Minimap. He's kind of far away so he can ask Dee to lend him the motorbike or just walk.
Dee walks into the storage room to see Mischief pouring the bowl of milk on the third Orange Dragon, because he hates that specific orange dragon. The orange dragon is rendered unconscious due to the fact that you probably shouldn't use milk on plants.
Matik picks up the energy cell, only to discover that it's just a crappy light mechanism with duct tape on it. A Velite appears behind Matik, laughing and all that. "Heheheh! I'm gonna beat you, and then I'm gonna get promoted! Eeheheh, Heheheh!" Matik notices that the Velite's belt was glowing for a second when he appeared, but stopped glowing afterwards.

I think about asking Dee for their motorbike and how cool it would be to use Blade Drop on it, but then I realize I don't know how to use a motorbike, so I just walk.

The lamp teleports to the storage room when nobody is looking.
Oh yeah and the storage room is arranged in the generic fashion: There is a clear space between the Shop Door and the Back Door, and if Dee looks to the right there's three shelves full of stuff. Two are against the walls and there's one between them.
Past the shelves there's a Fridge and a window.
I take out my phone and try to find the cake shop on the map.
I return to the cake shop, but I see the lamp on top of the roof.
I have to.
I climb up and punch the lamp.

Dee gives Mischief a "why would you do that?" look and washes off the nameless dragon in the sink.
Afterwards, Dee takes inventory to see if anything extra somehow found its way into the storage room.
In the meanwhile, Dee notices the lamp that disappeared from the counter the other day. He assumes that a really cheeky coworker must of snuck the lamp into the storage room just to mess with him. This time, Dee makes sure to have looked at it long enough to form a physical description of it.

It looks like your typical lampshade: round bottom, cover shaped like a cone with the top cut off, eco-friendly demon magic powered lightbulb.
I decide to stop punching the lamp and put it back on the counter.

Something to note: I believe Shade said a few days ago that they were coming today to take Mischief, so I guess that might be Shade, which explains why Mischief is throwing cups at them.
