The other day I posted a report about not receiving my Starter Pack items. To do this I had to create a completely new account here, which is not linked to the actual playing account I am using - on Steam. This makes filing in-game support requests impossible for any Steam account, as it requires logging into the website (using Steam overlay) before any details can be given. Logging into the new account I had to create here does, of course, exclude the character I need assistance with. So I really have to question the motives of releasing this game on Steam when important functions like this are not integrated into Steam at all. Yes, I can play, but when problems arise (and they do often, looking at these boards...), there's no way to get proper assistance with any account linked to Steam.
