So... tell me what you guys think and if I should actually continue this next time Rostock is on.
I don't need candy or masks or anything beyond the 5 piece masks that I'm not allowed to keep and must re-earn every year, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy the event apparently.
Candy
by Raet-Tawy
Candy was Rostock's secretary, of course. Every morning she would bring him coffee, in her short skirt, and he would smile and she would smile back. Both were married and both wanted each other desperately. She would sit at her desk answering the calls and him at his, first reading the news and then going to various meetings, filing paper work here and there.
Candy came into his office. "Yes, Rostock?" she said timidly.
He glanced and smiled. "We need to file those TPA reports pronto. And my coffee's getting cold, if you will."
She blushed as she carried the papers here and there before getting him his coffee.
That night Rostock got home to his wife. Dinner was quiet. The kids didn't want to chat about school and hiswife went straight to bed. It was dismal.
Candy meanwhile looked in the mirror as the clock reached 2 in the morning. Her makeup was running from the sitcom she was watching on the telly. She thought of Rostock, and how she could make him happy.
But she knew she never would.
...
Rostock couldn't believe what she was wearing. A skirt like that to work, no less. She winked and shot coffee out of her finger into a cup for him. Piping hot, just like he liked it. The whole day he sat there and the whole day he stared into her magnificent bosom. She of course noticed, and took careful note and made sure to smile as she blushed back at him.
Rostock wanted to yell out for Candy, but didn't find any in the clockworks- or the courage to call her name that day.
She sighed. The hallowed box she kept her cheap orange love would have to wait another day.
Her boyfriend came home from the bar at 1 a.m. and woke her up. She longed for the days when he was sober, a different person, but those were long gone by this point.
She rolled over and cried.
Rostock fared no better. His wife served the same microwave dinner, the fruit of his loins sat quiet as they poked their food around. She never cooked steak, or asked him how his day was any more. The casserole was bitter. She used to make him coffee in the morning- fresh and piping hot with milk and eggs and waffles for breakfast, a smile on her face. That was before the kids and the promotion that gave him more hours at his job. They spent time together then. In a way, he missed her, as he slept beside her.
...
"Use MSI+4 and outrun them." Rostock's suggestion was not to be taken lightly.
Candy looked appalled. "I... I can't outrun my problems with MSI+4. I could get tokens, perhaps... but no, these are reserved for Yoshi apparently."
Rostock looked her in the eyes. "We'll outrun them together. We'll outrun my kids, and your boyfriend, and your mother... I don't need this job, I don't even like it. And we'll spend time together."
She nodded as they purchased the plane ticket for Africa.
