TRANSMUTER BUG READ THIS AND HELP ME ! ! ! <----

Hello,

I have problem, today i was collecting crowns to make Mighty Defender i already haved all items needed and CE (407) so when i got money i headed back to town to make shield.

Okay, im making shield it says transmuting....transmuting...Window for item is empty...so after waiting 15 minutes i decided to close it...great...i dont have shield...i logged off and loged in then i received achievement (im playing on steam) Four Strar Smith....but still no item!

What the hell?

I lost:

400 Crystal Energy
2500 Crowns
15 blue shards
3 Iron gear
4 Scrap Metal
2 fine fabric
1 heavy gear

So wtf happened to my item it isnt in my equipement it isnt equipped -.-

HELP ME!

I forgot to say my character name is: Pusio

I tried to use support option but it's not working!

Another transmute bug case

Relating to this, I also experienced a bug from transmuting. I crafted 3 Dusker Caps around 4:00pm PST this day.
Everything seemed normal (the 3 caps appeared in my inventory, I lost all the mats, CE, and crowns)
until I logged offed and logged in again, the items weren't there, and even lost everything used to craft.

Is it still possible to restore those? If not, at least this should be fixed so it won't happen again.

PS: Those dusker caps were normal ones, no UVs.

Im unable to contact with them becouse support links don't works for me.
When i click Support page apears and when i click Contact Support i got white page.

I hope they will fast fix this bug and give back my lost CE and Items.

I fugured how to get this, dont use their mail just log in to game click on HELP tab then send request (2nd from up) and log in there with your acc login and password. submit request, and check it today i posted it and after 40 mins i got reply now i got my Mighty defender :-)
