Step by step instruction to "pay by cash"

I want to buy Crystal energy, so i went to take a look and they referred me to ultimate gamer card, then when i tried searching for spiral knights, nothing shown up, so how am i susposed to buy using that?

PaidByCash
PaidByCash allows you to easily pay cash for an online purchase at one of more than 60,000 locations in the United States.
Search PaidByCash.com to find the location nearest you.
Get a Payment Code from the PaidByCash website, then go pay cash at one of the locations.
Receive a Virtual MasterCard loaded with the amount you've paid cash and use that MasterCard for your online purchase.
Enter the MasterCard number in the credit card number field and select the option you wish to buy.
Keep in mind that your MasterCard may retain a balance after your transaction (depending on the cash value you put into the card), so don't lose it!

I don't know what is this "virtual master card" you talk about, but here is a bigger "step by step" instruction. (quoting some of the Griffinbane post)
"Click on My Account, Get Energy Now. Scroll down to Pay By Cash button and click it, select your package, payment method, choose PayByCash."
The PayByCash site will show you some methods.
If you want to use a Ultimate Game Card, buy a card on some random store (Walmart, maybe?), get the code from the card.
By choosing the "Ultimate Game Card" method on the PayByCash site, they will ask you for the code. Put the code you got from the card, "Voila! You're all set."

You DO have the Ultimate Game
You DO have the Ultimate Game Card and the code on the back of it, right? If you do, then just follow our directions.
As far as I can tell, the Wiki is wrong (at least, in this case). There is no PaidByCash option on the website. PaidByCash looks like, to me, similar to one of those rechargable credit cards that you charge cash onto so you can spend it wherever you want. The Ultimate Game Card uses a completely different system.
Finally, don't bother looking up whether or not SK is supported by UGC on the UGC site. As far as I can tell, it's missing a fair number of games that it actually does provide its services to. Always check whether or not UGC is available on the game site itself, under billing information.

Step-by-step, here we go!
- Obtain an Ultimate Gamer Card from a local store.
- At the top of the Spiral Knights web page click MY ACCOUNT.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Get Energy Now!
- Chose the payment method PayByCash.
- Select the an energy package value that you have credit on the card for (don't select the $19.95 one for a $10 card please).
- You will be redirected to the PayByCash site.
- Make sure Ultimate Game Card is checked and click Continue.
- You will need to enter your full address information and then click Continue.
- You will now need to enter the PIN from the card and click Continue.
- At this point all needed details are entered and you will just need to confirm before final purchase.
- After the final purchase you should see a receipt in your email inbox and the Crystal Energy should be credited to your Spiral Knights account.
If you can't figure things out from that you should probably call over an adult. Just be glad I didn't make this a 12 step program.

okay trying later, didnt want to risk buying the card the moment i saw it wasnt on the UGC website until i could get an answer on how to do it course its like 25SGD to get the thing, <3 cards i presume? or is thereone card with such a value>
