Sent a support request (and, accidentally, a bug report--oops) about this last night.
Just checked my support record and, yes, the mask was transferred over to my main knight by GM Coriolis.
I'll make sure to claim promo items on my main knight first from now on. Thanks, Coriolis! :D
Contact a GM, they can probably switch it over for you.
