A max freeze vol demo was going for 6k ce b/o (mortaals thread actually - http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/21049) tho its not selling. Which demo helm is it? Cause 8k ce seems overpriced unless its a vol demo. Even then compared to the others its high. You said in my other thread you were selling a demo helm with max shock, is it a demo suit tho =?

As far as pricing, shock uvs are worth more than freeze uvs, but 8k ce was just an estimate since I don't really know what I can sell it for. Forgot to mention, but my IGN is the same as my username. Probably easier to discuss pricing here though, I don't have as much time as I used to.

i think 8k ce is overpriced considering this is fused demo, whereas vol demo has a 4k ce unbind fee and only went for 5.3k ce (even if it was max freeze, max freeze is still valuable). You're right that shock is worth more though, but its the unbind fee that makes up most of the price on the freeze helm. I'l offer close to the buyout fee on the max shock ash tail (which is only being offered 3.2k ce - http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/21399). My offer is 4k ce. I think thats a fair price considering your unbind fee is smaller, and even other max shock items arent getting that from what i can see (when at 3*). Plus compared to the ash tail which has a 1.8k ce unbind fee you're not only getting more then theyre offered for their max shock, but you're paying less if you need to unbind. Not to mention that was before ce started to rise so quickly in value again.

Also 5.3k ce for a volcanic demo helm (or any 5* really) with any uv is selling at a loss. It costs 4k ce to unbind, 1200 ce to craft (not counting the cost of the 3*), 15000 cr for the uv roll, and at least 5000 cr for the mats. that's 20000 cr (about 350 ce at least, haven't checked ce prices today) and 5200 ce to craft/unbind.
