Please please please give us an option to accept or decline when revived with energy by other players.
One newbie reviving you with energy could cost you the run, where you expect to die 1 or 2 times at the boss.

I think it's best to be in the revive menu though... once in a while you do want to accept the revive.
The normal revive menu is:
[Revive Yourself] [Revive Everyone] [Leave Party]
When others try to revive you with energy, it can change to:
"xxx is reviving you with energy."
[Accept] [Decline] [Leave Party]
If you decline it refunds the energy to the other player and return to the normal revive menu.

if im reved with energy i will have the decency to spend 7/8 of my hp to revive my party, even if they all die real quick
same for revive all button, in case i decide to wait it out untill my party is done dying
this suggestion will make things alot easier for the most stupid persons with limited amount of energy
u can go through all possible scenarios, in the end this will contribute the most to both party scenarios and abandoning partys for solo scenarios
im mostly interested in this because of
-the immense stupidity/stubbornness of persons
-shadow lair key donators leaving me a feeling of guilt/debt towards them, making it impossible for me to abandon them the normal way and abuse their free invite
inappropriately, ONCE AGAIN, id like to criticise the need for expensive keys in order to enter the shadow lairs

ya this i admit it is annoying since it increases your revival cost
have this in the main menu as an option so we can toggle it on and off
