That's their chain of
That's their chain of progression. Cutter builds into Striker. I can craft both, thus I can make you a stirker for the 3 star price or a cutter for the 2 star if you dont have enough now.
I suggest biting the bullet and buying the 3 star, otherwise you'll have to buy the recipe yourself and upgrade it, or buy the lower item AGAIN to upgrade it.
