Access and Rules
The Testing Feedback forum is for players who can access the Preview Server which is where we test new features and content.

While all players are able to read and post here, we are requesting feedback from people who have actually done the requested feedback. This helps us get feedback about the feature from people who have experienced it.

Be aware the Test Server will only be accessible at certain times specified on this forum, when testing has been set up and feedback is needed. Once the test finishes, progress will be wiped. Your progress will not carry over to the main production server.

Access to the Preview Server
Any knight who has made a real life purchase of $4.95 or more in the last 3 months on their account should be able to access this server.

How is the Preview Server different?
This section may change over time as we optimize the process for testing.
Currently the Preview Server differs from Production in the following ways:
- Your knights from production will be available.
- The state your knight is in will not be exactly the same as on production.
- When the test ends the server will wipe your progress.
- You might see placeholder items or other unfinished works. Pardon the dust!

Feedback
All feedback should be given in the Testing Feedback forum. Please follow the guidelines for specific feedback requested in forum posts by developers.
