What would make getting multiple UVs useful would be that you can 'lock' the UV; and re-roll the ones that are useless without rerolling the ones that you are satisfied with.

so for example, you purchase a 3 UV ticket. You get a high and 2 lows. You purchase the ability to re-roll the other 2 low UVs either 1 by 1 or just 2 out of the 3.

This would make getting multiple UVs more valuable. Possibly making rerolling UVs while locking in a UV or 2 50% more expensive than resetting the item to a 1 or 2 UV item.

E.g. while getting a 2 UV ticket is 75k; rerolling 2 out of 3 UVs on a 3 UV item would cost 112.5k Cr. rerolling a single UV on a 2 UV or 3 UV item would cost 30k Cr instead of the 20k now.
