I was thinking maybe Spiral Knights could have an iPhone/iPod Touch app which could be full of mini games which earn you crowns. Then you could upload your crowns to your online account. The only use for internet could be when playing multi player and when uploading your crowns. But, you could have an amount of energy on this game and an in app which allows you to get bonus energy. What do you think???

I'm not too keen for an app that gives you an edge over the game, unless you shell out loads of money to pay for it.
Maybe a suggestion? If you ARE going to earn cr and stuff from the minigames, at least share energy with your SK account? That way people who won't be at their computers for awhile can still use their phones and earn a few crowns for themselves while away.

2 things:
1. No I don't like that. I think Kentard is right. Make it where you have to make yourself pay for the app. Either that or just have it where you could check the AH, and bid for things that you want. Btw I'm doing this on my iPod(NOT iCRAP) and so all of my posts have been done on this...
2. Hehehehehe... @Njohn: you know, I read in the DNJ once (shuddup all ya haters!) that apple made this thingy ma-jig app where you could use the internet with java and all and get it for $5 a month. (for iPad) just buy that and go to an Apple store and buy the keyboard they made for it and connect a mouse to it. Voilà! Spiral knights Portalble... Oh yah they said that actually a bunch of computers somewhere under the rainbow the bluebird flies no somewhere these people with ultra fast Internet send you the page.

oops I didnt see that you had written this before (i made my own post), but I think this would be awesome. I've seen a bunch of other really awesome suggestions, but I think that they should also be accesible in game or something because otherwise people with just comps would be at a disadvantage, especially if you make there be other special prizes
