Crowns per Energy Target

Just wondering what you consider "good" runs in terms of crowns earned (may or may not include materials gained) vs. total energy spent for that run (including side rooms opened and rezzes). I'm basically doing T2 runs, and I've only done a few T3 runs, and I'd like to get some input on what you guys consider "good" for yourselves.
As of now, I'm aiming for 100-115 crown per energy spent on T2, but I'm curious as to how that compares to T3 and if there's certain areas that are "must wait for", such as the Jelly Farm (which seems to be a pretty good crown area).
I realize there have been other threads with people trying to break it down on how much each area gives on each tier, but I'm generally just interested in what you all consider to be a good target for your crown vs. energy.

Thanks for the comments. I'm not so much worried about particular levels or themes, but just on what each person considers to be a good crown per energy return on their runs. I'm not looking to be spoonfed on "do this level and that level and skip these, etc." so much as just curious about how others are doing. Generally I run through every area at least once just to get an idea of what's inside and an average of the crowns per that area.
Naturally I'm running all arenas I can on T2, as well as certain other areas. I'm almost always solo, which is why I haven't ventured too much into T3 (although I have done all T3 solo without dieing, taking easy areas of course lol). I can do some of the T3 arenas solo without dieing, but generally it's not worth the risk if I know I can do better on T2. That's also another reason I'm looking for how much other people generally get in terms of crown vs. energy. Like if it's more profitable to run T3 in a full group even if there's deaths, or if I'm still just better off soloing T2.
Anyways, again, I'm looking generally for what you consider a good crown vs. energy run.

200-250 sounds about right. I aim to get 2 Duke runs out of my mist and I get about that per energy if I can hitch a ride straight to the terminal. That is selling the almirian seals though.

I've really stopped counting profits on runs since I got into Tier 3.
I pretty much just always do FSC or Tier 3 runs if there are greater than 2 arenas in the gate AND those arenas don't have ridiculous waits combined. So I've made fairly consistent profits off those, though I don't track the profits like I said.

Are you guys always going in groups with people you know? Or just going in random groups? Or soloing?

usually, you want 200+ per unit of energy, but if ur on a sucky lvl, and want to know if you making a profit, just dothe math, and if ur getting more the 750 crs, ur ok lol. tho 2k is usually better :P

So i decide i would look into the best way to make money from T2 when doing solo runs and what the net profit would be for each one i did here is a table of what i discovered after doing two runs in the same gate.
It turns out the the net profit or amount you make from each run can vary quite a bit depending on the path you’ve take.
I decide against doing the boss manly because i'm a gunslinger and i cant solo the jelly king and also because there is very little profit to be made from it.

This information clearly show that when ever there is an arena it is nearly all ways profitable to take it or wait for it to come around "maybe not if you have to wait over 20min" as you could probably do another run in that time.
Tho you must remember that Crystal energy cost 5900 crown at the moment so there really is not much profit to be gained from just the crown you net when doing a run but at least this table show you want make a loss which is good.
I will be doing this for ever gate in the game it will just take me some time to do it. once im done i be shore to post my results onto the forum.

In terms of Mist Energy, you can't count so much on it being priced equally as CE.
Usually ME can make much more CR, about 6k-7k, assuming you do full arenas and danger rooms. Even more if you count the materials found during your trip. The lower the Tier the better.
In lower levels such as T1 though... You can expect to make much, much less, like 2k-3k.

personally i don't care too much about the profit of runs,
the general rule for me is.. wait for arenas, avoid deconstruction zones.
i do not spend CE on delving unless it's really worth it.
If i need crowns then i just craft 2* or 3* items and AH them..
but this won't be an option for those who don't want to take the game slow..
The only 'must' wait for areas I consider are arenas without exception.
Sometimes I like to wait for Clockworks levels since they have a higher chance of a danger room.
If you're trying to get the maximal crown/energy then there are several levels you should avoid, though the only one definite in my mind at the moment is the poison-themed levels. Forget their names.
