new boss location: swarm hive

The location name is a working title to access you need to beat all the shadow lairs at least once. Then you get access from the spiral warden to enter the swarm hive and its 7 floors of the swarm filled depths+unknown passage and Sanctuary. And you get a new token, working names: swarm root, swarm matter, and swarm shard. Boss: swarm mind, 10 phases, gives 5-10 swarm tokens, one of each boss materials. Requirements: must have boss armour equipped, 5* shield, 5* weapon, three shadow keys to access the lift.

you just have to equip and talk to the spiral warden with the boss armour and then change back to your 5* gear if you want

Ten phases for the boss would make the battle way too long and hard. And what if only a party of 2 want to make those levels? They're only 2 but they have to use 3 Shadow Keys? That will cost 1800 CE each at Boost once today's update goes live? No thanks. :x

You seem to mistake making something difficult to get to with making something fun. You should work on and develop the actual gameplay and lore of your suggestion instead of just adding a bunch of barriers that don't make sense.
For example, why the shadow keys? Why the boss armor? You have to have reasons instead of "because the Spiral Warden says so" or because it's "cool." Also, why a equipment requirement for the boss? Why so many different kinds of tokens? Why not just make them keys instead?
And what's the actual fights like? What would the bosses look like? You need to elaborate more on that too. And probably suggestions on the motivations of your boss would be good. Like JK being territorial, Twins being some sort of security system and Vanaduke being a giant meatball. Even damage types, sizes and movement suggestions would be useful.

i am not very good when it comes to bosses or the level before it

my guess is that story-line progression is going to deal heavily with swarm already, so i get the feeling that it will be one of the last things SK does in terms of big updates. basically you'll have to wait for a long time and the developers are probably going to shelve it for a while.
I don't think that we should have to equip the boss armor to battle the boss. The point of spiral knights is to have fun and to customise your character however you want, and having to wear something as a requirement? Count me out.
