Today is the day...

I finally don full 4* and gain clearance to T3.
Then I play my first T3 and have never been more terrified in my life. Much death followed with tons of skeletons and phantom knights wiping my entire party. :(

That happens, yes. You'll learn and improve.

I agree with the Jim-Dale family.
And hi Kitty :)

C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S ! ! ! ! ! ! !
I've almost gotten T3. I just need the CE, Materials and the recipe for it. I can't wait to become a T3. :3
Good luck for your T3 runs (if you do any)
XD

Well, tier 3 is when the game changes disc from Zelda 4-swords to Dark Souls. You will get used to it eventually. Keep trying and good luck! Tier 3 it is the funniest when you finally get the hang of it. And grats!

Funny thing! I first did Tier 3 today too! I actually got Tier 3 clearance yesterday, but waited to upgrade all of my gear to 4 stars and get a weapon slot upgrade.
To celebrate, on my very first Tier 3 run I did FSC. My party helped me through, but I'm not trying it again til I've gotten either Vog Cup Cap or Coat. God, most of my deaths were from fire status. And spike plates. And a few from falling rubble.
Although, we did narrowly escape taking Candlestick Keep. We had resigned ourselves to painful deaths at Candlestick Keep, but the level changed a split second before the final party member entered the elevator.

Zim-Zale thinks that Tim-Bale and Jim-Dale are the best family in the world.
Zim-Zale also thinks Mieri is cool.
Zim-Zale is also running for president.
Zim-Zale for president 2012.
Zim-Zale's vice president running mate is voldemort, please wish him luck.

Heh, I remember making the transition to T3. So, so very many deaths! The jumps between the tiers is pretty tough, especially in T3 where a swipe from a monster takes half your life. Like Nicoya said, there's a learning curve. If you don't know how to shield bump or shield cancel, it'd be a good idea to practice those. Also, investing in different armours and weapons (piercing, shadow, elemental) would be good too. Really though, it just takes a bit of practice. Good luck!

Tim-Bale's Vice President Running Mate is Harry Potter.
Tim-Bale is assured President.

Congratulations Mirey and Wolfkit!
I too remember that my first T3 endeavour was so painful that I decided not to venture down there for a while after I gained clearence for it. I got used to it though, and now T2 feels so easy, it's like a joke. I'm sure you'll get to feel the same too.

I think today was a better day.

I kinda like FSC, despite the thousands of zombies trying to glomp me and giant spiky wheels trying to crush me.

I remembered the day I first gained T3 clearance; luck threw me in a... DECONSTRUCTION ZONE. Gremlins swarmed us, and with their shielded backs resisting hits my strategies didn't work anymore. Needless to say, we were all dead only a few blocks after the first party button. LOL.
On you screenshot, no, today wasn't a better day, it wasn't even good. If you're active around 16:00-22:00 GMT message me and we can arrange a proper FSC run for you :)

Perhaps it wasn't, but considering the fact I actually went quite farther today in contrast to my group the other day up it was better. We started having problems at the depth before vana and began the actual wipe-a-thonning at around the end of the 3rd phase/4th phase. We had quite the determined party member, refusing to return back to haven and using all his energy on revives in hopes of getting tokens.

I had a few runs like this, I was doing everything right but the other party memebers provoked mace hits and died repeatedly, so the wipes were frequent. I eventually defriended the poor guy that spent thousants of ce in reviving everyone. It would be much, much cheaper for him to just use that ce to buy the items from other people. Anyway, I digress.
Be sure to always befriend the most competent of your party; it will pay out in the long run, securing you jumps to terminal and beyond, and getting a competent party to run fsc with in the first place.
Jim Dale says today is not the day.
