Toasty & Dusky Scarf: Exactly the Same?

I went to try a few Back Helm Accessories for my Cobalt Helm & found out that only the Scarves seem to fit. I tried every Type & discovered that the Toasty One doesn't look Toasty at all. It just looks like a Darker Version of Dusky:

Was this an Error or was it meant to be like that?

The title kinda makes it sound like they look the same, you might want to change that. And as for your question... I have no idea.

That's a really odd. In Spiral Spy all the colors of the scarves match the secondary accessory color.... except for Toasty which is a darker shadow of Dusky. And also Regal which is a darker shade of Fancy.

This might be intentional though. The Spike Mohawk exhibits similar color weirdness. The base of Toasty/Regal matches the scarves.
