Legacy...
There was an update a while back that allowed Spiral Knights players to convert to steam... after that, they required you to pick a Knight (for your forum acc). The previous ones became legacy usernames.

Really, Legacy means "I never logged on and checked my account to post something since that update"
So there's no way to recreate it.
old account is legacy username
