Knight doesn't Face Cursor

I can still move in the direction of the cursor if I use Move Fwd, but my knight refuses to rotate to face the cursor. Entering text into a field (by chatting, searching for something in the auction house, etc.) allows my knight to rotate normally, but as soon as I switch focus back to the game rotating stops working.

OS: Linux Mint Debian Edition x32_64 (Update pack 3)
Desktop environment: Xfce 4.8.0
Java version: Java 6 Update 30

Things I've tried:
Mouse tracking works fine in other Java applications, so I don't think Java is the problem here.
I've reinstalled the game, so it isn't an incomplete client.
The problem continues in windowed mode.
I've reset the controls, so it isn't a custom control mapping problem.

Bump. Anyone? I've been

Bump.

Anyone? I've been having to boot into Vista to play Spiral Knights and it's very unpleasant.

Check in the control options, there are 2 types of movement.
One that moves AND rotates the knight and another that only moves, without rotation.
Maybe you have them switched out in linux?

Nope. The controls are set

Nope. The controls are set up in exactly the same way in both instances of Spiral Knights. I reset the controls back to the defaults in LMDE just to be sure and my knight still won't rotate properly.

Now that you bring it up, though, Move Fwd is acting strangely. If I map it to mouse button 1 and hold it down, my knight moves towards the cursor, but still doesn't rotate. And if I start a chat, it acts as it should: rotation with and without clicking.
