Ok, before anyone puts up anti healing post (which i totally understand), let me provide you with the aptly named "Oatmonsters law of conservation of health"

Essentially what I'm asking for is a blast bomb type weapon with a medium-small blast radius. On detonation, this "heal bomb" would transfer health from the user to the target.
To have some sort of a down side to this, the transfer would be somewhat inefficient with the [4*] version only giving half a pip for each pip taken, and the [5*] star version having maybe a 3/4 to 1 ratio. The bomb would also not transfer health if the user has less than the yet to be determined minimum "transfer amount" to prevent heat farming in areas where it was already impossible to kill yourself. The bomb would also need a long charge time and slow walk speed, like a cross between the ISB and a vortex bomb.
As for the actual bomb, it would probably be a branch off of the blast bomb series, starting at 4* similar to the vita suit deluxe. maybe the color scheme could even be similar.
