Accessories! As far as the eye can see! (Accessory ideas the devs can use!)

Who wants to look good? What's that? EVERYONE? Of COURSE they do!
These are a list of suggestions for the Devs to hear and THINK about, in case they need new ideas for accessories. Any ideas they take and use are theirs, I only wanna be a PITCH MAN.
HELMET ACCESSORIES:
1st: Antennas
-Ever looked at a Greaver and felt INFERIOR due to their SUPERIOR sensory limbs? Makes you feel just plain BAD, doesn't it? With THESE, you can stop feeling BAD about it, and start feeling FAKE instead!
*Helm Side Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
2nd: Gremlin Goggles
-People LOVE Gremlins, and for a good reason too! They're fuzzy, tiny, love to bite, and curse like a sailor! So why not SOLIDIFY your passion for them by SLAYING one and modifying their BELOVED EYE WEAR so you can wear it too!
*Helm Front Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
3rd: Monovisor (could use a better name)
-Who needs DEPTH PERCEPTION when you can LOOK like a robot with this visor! Warning: We hold no responsibility towards any accidents, captures, or deaths caused by being unable to see depth.
*Helm Front Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
4th: Cyclops Visor(now WITH an alternate design!) (Could also use a catchier name?)
-For those who enjoy a more simpler, humble life of a not freakishly narrow, single slit of an eye across their face. Pulled directly off a newbie's Cyclops Cap, and then cleaned with ammonia to prevent any tear stains on it.
*Helm Front Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
5th: Siren
-Shufflebots are just about the only thing in this universe that ISN'T a Love Puppy that we need more of. So I ran by the Advanced Training Hall and ripped off some sirens from those adorable little cubes before getting caught and dragged out! But jokes on THEM, 'cuz now I know how to make them! (this accessory has a prismatic glow where the light would be, and spins around)
*Helm Top Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
6th: Bladed Mohawk
-With something like this, you could become quite a...SHARP dresser! HOHOHOhoho...aherm, I figured since we have spikes and normal, why not add something a bit EDGIER? PFFFTHAHAHAHA hohoho! MAN I crack myself up.
*Helm Top Accessory
Comes in: All standard Styles
7th: Clockhand Sides
-A good way to keep time is to have a watch. A BETTER way to keep time is to BE the watch! Works even better with friends, as they'll find it easier to look at your sides than you would!
*Helm Side Accessory
Comes in: All standard Styles
8th: Eyepatch
-A little something to put the ARRRR into Clockworks! Delve around, FOOLING your enemies to think you only have one functioning eye! Note: We are not responsible for any accidents caused by your inability to recall that this will, in fact, cover your eye.
*Helm Front Accessory
Comes in: All standard Styles
9th: Dragon Horns
-Celebrate the year of the dragon the RIGHT way, and use these horns to intimidate your enemies when you're charging at them, headfirst! No longer will swords be needed when you can HIT everything with your head!
*Helm Side Accessory
Comes in: All standard Styles
10th: Imp Horns
-A wise man once told me know one's enemies, know yourself, and you need not worry if you have a pair of really big freakin' horns. Somethin' about a thousand battles, too. I think it just meant make more horns, so we did!
*Helm Side Accessory
Comes in: All standard Styles
ARMOR ACCESSORIES:
1st: Mist Tank
-The world of fashion is a tough one; while most people are scraping all of their supplies to make the most outta life, YOU'RE deciding to forget that, and look AWESOME instead! Spare Mist Tank? Strap that on your back, and you're good to go! (meant to be a giant mist tank that hangs vertically from your back. Could be a "Back Barrel Belly" varient, in which it's hanging horizontally.)
*Armor Back Accessory
*Comes in: All Standard Styles
2nd: Greaver Wings
-Angels, dragons, and valkyrie's are cool and all, but who needs all that when you've got the metally wings of a GIANT DEMON MOTH? With EYES on them!
*Armor Back Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
3rd: Dud Rocket
-That Seerus fella sure knows how to look good! So, in a totally-not-copying-him-manner, we decide to IMPROVE upon his sense of fashion by bringin' it to our beloved Knights! We're not REALLY sure if it's a dud or not, but hey, all for the price of fashion!
*Armor Back Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
4th: Back Gear
-Ever woke up and said "MAN I wish I was a Lumber?" Well keep dreamin' kid, you're not a half-tree half-robot that moves like a glacier and hits like a meteor. But what you CAN, however, is strap this not-so-giant-but-really-heavy gear onto your back, and amaze your friends! (It's animated in that it turns much like a Lumber's gear would. Would be silly to have a static gear on your back!)
*Armor Back Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
5th: Clockworks Key(Idea by Flamaxe)
-Steam powered, mist powered, coal powered, magic powered...all baloney, I tell ya! Back in my day, we had to TURN the little windup key in our back to keep our armor from shuttin' down! You kids have the luxury of usin' it to show off. Bunch of ungrateful little...(animated, in that it spins around, as one would probably guess)
*Armor Back Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
6th: Silk Wings
-Too many wings? Whoever said that is a HEATHEN! Wings are for the PERFECT and magnificent! If you feel that faeries aren't represented well enough, well shut your mouth and look at this! FAIRY WINGS. For you fairy folk. Or for the young knights who likes to believe they're a pretty Silkwing. Don't try to fly with them, though; they melt if you get too close to the sun.
*Armor Back Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
7th: Vial Bandolier
-Demos get explosives tied to their stomach, swordsmen get MORE swords on them...what about us VIAL users? I've never seen anyone WIMP OUT of a vials-only Proto Run. Show your pride for tossing glass jars with these fragile AND deadly vials!
*Armor Front Accessory
*Comes in: "Status" styles, like the Stunning Crest, with one for each vial. Can also be Prismatic, or come in normal styles if ya want
8th: Pill Bandolier
-No one appreciates a good medic. The reason? No half-decent medic carries spare, totally usable vials on them BEFORE they even step foot on those elevators. Show everyone that you're the BEST darn medic in town by strapping these synthetic* health capsules on your body! THEN everyone will be literally DYING to have you on their team!
*plastic
*Armor Front Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
9th: Bullet Bandolier
-Gifted to us from our lovely friends at Mann Co., the fine gentlemen seemed to have stripped their "sturdiest" employee of his beloved bullets. They say he went on a massive killing spree with his fists afterwards or something...either way, for those Gunners who're tired of being left out of the fashion scene, these are for you!
*Armor Front Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
10th: Crystal Bandolier
-Those little Knockers sure are something, but the source of their power seems pretty useless without the Wrenches that go with it. So I thought, like any SMART person would've thought, "how could I use these to look better?" Then, as I was laughing at Bosco for STILL not having fixed his Mecha Knight, it came to me! CRYSTAL bandoliers! I mean, what else are these things supposed to do when grouped with the same color, disappear?
*Armor Front Accessory
*Comes in: Regal(Luminite), Volcanic(Crimsonite), Military(Valestone), Cool(Moonstone), Fancy(Dark Matter), and Gremlin...ite? [(Y'know, those orange crystals on their wrench wands) Toasty]
11th: Mecha Mufflers
-Mecha Knights are Knights in all but FASHION! But...they do have one thing that we won't have, and that's their cool-looking mufflers...UNTIL now, that is! These things may twitch and produce smoke out of who KNOWS where, but who cares, you look FANTASTIC! (animated in that it twitches slightly and produces smoke/embers from burning 'fuel')
*Armor Back Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
12th: Battle Eye (idea by Schattentag)
-Battle Pods are rare creatures; majestic, beautiful, elusive, and pack a lotta smoke and missiles. But how one capture their magnificent charm in the form of an item? By slapping it onto their stomachs, of course! Keep an eye on anything DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOU with this handy eyeball!
*Armor Front Accessory
*Comes in: All standard Styles
13th: Trojan Crystal
-Not guaranteed to protect you against any siege, but hey, it looks pretty darn good when you wear it! Even our sponsor, Arkus, thinks so!
Questions? Comments? PRAISE? Flames? Send your opinions my way!

The descriptions are great. After the vial bandolier it gets silly, but before then; exquisite.
If I get around to criticizing the design on anything I will edit it in below.
Effort: 10/10
Creativity: 9/10
Detail: 10/10
Mechanical applicability: 8/10
Profits Three Rings: 7/10

Good job on a well thought out suggestion!
I commend you for your efforts!
+1

Kentard get your butt over here right now! :P

+1 to more money-sucking cosmetics, because money-sucking cosmetics look cool.
I'm too lazy to pull up the originals right now, but I'm fairly sure I've seen the Greaver Wing, Back Gear (side note: I totally read it as "Black Gear" first - Digimon, anybody?), Bullet Bandolier, and Clockwork Key ideas before. I think I've heard the Cyclops Visor idea come up once or twice, too. This is the first time anyone's come up with some art for any of them, though, as far as I know.
Tags for italics are <_em_>italicized stuff<_/em_>. Tags for bold are <_strong_>bold stuff<_/strong_>. Just take out the underscores.
There's no usable tag for underlining, but you can fake it by using an anchor tag: <_a [href="URL goes here"]_> highlighted/underlined stuff<_/a_>. If you include the optional href="URL" part and remove the [ ], the text between the tags becomes a link to that URL. Sorry if you already knew this, but I think it's the closest to underlining I can get you.
If I have free time, I might try to make some more...refined concept art for some of these. If you don't mind, of course.
Lastly, might I request the addition of another accessory? I came up with this helm/coat a while back, but I think the Battlepod eye thing could do well on its own.
...Man, that was a really cluttered post, but I hope my input was worthwhile.

ME GUSTA.
Simply because there's nothing wrong with more accessories.
Hmm. I might do some proper artwork for this if I have the time.
Swarmed with commissions at the moment, though. :P

I will admit, not ALL of these are my original ideas. If you can find the ones who made the original idea, I'd love to give them credit!
As for drawing these things, go nuts, I say! I'd love to toss in these "improved" images into the original post for convenience sake.
Ideas can be suggested, but I can guarantee I'll make all of them! I'll be sure to make a third section for requested accessories.

I'd say rocket duds are useless in all of the standard styles but Prismatic.
Plain: Plain grey rocket.
Demolishing: Grey rocket with blue stripes.
Explosive: Grey rocket with the *explosive* band of the red stripes and dots with a main orange.
Prismatic: Lighter grey version of explosive with the wearer's personal colour instead of orange, and a darker version of said personal colour for the bits normally red.

I'll get to work on a few and reply once I have time.
I'll come up with new color schemes if possible.
So far I have one: Monochromatic. ;)

Color schemes aren't too bad of an idea. The only one I've had in mind, however, is one who's colorscheme is similar to the Cobalt Helm, called "Bland."(which may or may not be your idea of Monochromatic)
There are several pieces of armor that have no real accessories matching it (such as the Cobalt set, Magic set, Cyclops Cap, Fencing Jacket, Vitastuit, and Vitasuit Plus), and would look great with a dark grey and lighter grey accessory color scheme.
Will work on some newer ideas when I get the time. Again, suggestions are always helpful!

I think we have enough mediocre helm accessories and armor backs. What we need is more impressive armor fronts and I like your ideas (albeit we dont need quite that many bandoliers).

POOT BULLET BANDOLIER...

HERE. *points to armour front*

An accessory that, by being armor front AND based off the Battle Pod, effectively kills two birds with ONE stone?! The science of fashion sure has gotten us far!
http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg100/scaled.php?server=100&filename=blas...
Workin' on a few ideas, along with an alternative IF havin' a giant eye on your stomach like some Legend of Zelda boss isn't too appealin'.
Also, towards Kentard's idea of new color scheme's, I have a list of the current accessory styles WITH the inclusion of "Bland" to give as a reference.

EDIT: Remember when I said I'd scrap up another idea for the eye? I was lying. What I meant to say was that I'd finish it in a few.

EDIT EDIT: Since I'm already on the very top of the suggestions forum anyways, mind if any tech god bless me with the knowledge of posting text that leads to a link? It'll make everything much more organized.

...to quote my poorly-worded response:
"There's no usable tag for underlining, but you can fake it by using an anchor tag: <_a [href="URL goes here"]_> highlighted/underlined stuff<_/a_>. If you include the optional href="URL" part and remove the [ ], the text between the tags becomes a link to that URL. Sorry if you already knew this, but I think it's the closest to underlining I can get you."
Here's a better way of putting it:
(a href="http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/7936/blastcyclops.png")Blast Cyclops Eye Thing(/a)
Just replace parentheses with the appropriate angle brackets <>.
EDIT:
I guess it's only underlined if you hover over it, but whatever. Also, thanks for the new stuff!

When I first looked at that cyclops thing I thought it was a watch, maybe you could make a watch to? Though I don't know what slot it would go in, unless it's a Time Aura.

While the Spiral Knights aren't affiliated with time, the thought reminds me of the Xelors from Dofus/Wakfu(moreso Wakfu), and might ring some ideas into my noggin! I'll give it a shot and see what I can come out with.
Also, updated the original post for easier navigation!

I regained hope in decent threads in this forum. Because of you. The thought of the majority of threads being like this, for it is too late. Too late? How come it is too late...or too soon... How come it is too late or too soon for someone who has the ability to post? Yes, Yes! I can do it! I will fix these awful threads with criticism and analysis! I will fight incompetent posters, those worthless idiots. I will soon be as well known as the admin Nick! Yes, even more powerful... Control how often horrible threads are created to compress idiocy, fold the forum and erase the existence of such garbage; and revise future threads without limit. I can help make great threads! Do you hear me, admins?! I will surpass your administrative ability and bring worthwhile threads to be the only ones in existence! Nothing will ever stop me! Younger players call me "that crazy guy with a mohawk"... my friends "that crazy guy who spins while running". From this instant, the world will learn to call me... Luguiru.
If you do not get the reference watch all of this video.
As for relating to Wakfu, I would love that for personal reasons; just look at these. Obviously this would create the same issues as other crossover content does dealing with copyright, but it would be nice for those familiar with the Dofus franchise.

Having actually gone through and read the whole thing, not only did i laugh accordingly, but i do very much desire these nifty accessories to be put into the game.. no sooner would i dish out money in a frantic sort of fashion, to acquire for myself a pair of toasty mecha mufflers. and maybe a health capsule bandolier~
+1
10/10 for every critique-esque adjective i can think of

Shufflebot Sirens! http://gyazo.com/5f8937822c7d4e19ee91f2e1ce6642b9
Blade Mohawks! http://gyazo.com/2e2b76c112531b4a9b530f5f9257b901
POCKET FREAKIN' LOVE PUPPIES! http://gyazo.com/0a5c6b30f2ebd1853f4520addf19a4ee
No Xelor-esque items at the moment, I'm afraid, but I'll continue to work towards that idea!

Lovin' the Love Puppies, man. Keep up the good work! I'll try to get some more ideas/art out when I have the time.

Blade mohawk is awesome.
Love puppies on your back = win.

Wow, they seem quite nice. I'd like to see them drawn by Kentard's hands. I like Monovisor and Vial Bandolier the best.
+1 to all of them!!

So many good accessories. O.O WANT
What about a Trojan Crystal, T3 cracks included?

With the addition of the Pocket Monster Love Puppy, I tossed my Love Puppy idea into the depths of the Clockworks, and throw up newer ideas!
Dragon horns!: http://gyazo.com/f79619380a372064f409134e100bd71d
Imp horns!: http://gyazo.com/90c9ba4ecaeb937b8eebdd8ef9b0ab9d
Eye patch!: http://gyazo.com/cd4b77f3164bea27f23b7528da8150f1
Some weird attempt to play with the Xelor concept thing that probably could've gone a lot better!: http://gyazo.com/51cbe7985a92fab878547be9802562a2
Trojan Crystal!: http://gyazo.com/9308046bd4ff6c6065536a87a06bf4aa
Ideas are always welcome!

The horns are strange looking. The eyepatch ought to have a strap which goes around the head, above the eye not covered and around.
I was hoping for a Xelor costume/armor, but I suppose ear-dials are close enough; you can hear time pass.

I think you mean "Monster Pocket", not Poké-- Pocket Monster.
Nice update, otherwise. Perhaps a stylistic medium between Dragon and Imp Horns could be something like on the Ancient and Volcanic Plate Helms? Maybe that style of horns should remain exclusive to those helms, though...

@Luguiru
I really wanted to give the eyepatch a strap, but the problem behind it is the fact that it'd look REALLY silly to have a strap that doesn't even fully go around the helmet. But it could be bolted down at the ends...I'll have to think about it.
Xelor costume armor, while capital idea, is definitely not somethin' I'd be able to convince OOO to make. Mostly 'cuz it looks too FASHIONABLE.
Copyrights too, that's a big issue.
@Schattentag
Names with good am not. Will have to change that!
And taking accessory ideas from preexistin' helms is NEVER a bad idea, mostly 'cuz many of our accessories ARE taken from preexistin' helmets. I'll toss up a picture of those later and make it a new accessory. OOO might like the stripey Imp horns, after all!

hmm not sure if i'm in the right place to post a suggestion for Accessories (otherwise i'll make a new topic and this will be a free bump haha)
ok the idea is to have a gun side arm like we have the parying blades (and bomb bandoliers kinda fit this line) maybe some holsters or something. and i would also like for these to get a SIDE armor slot instead of front (except the bandoliers offcourse)

BU-
Wait, that was something else.
You have to admit a Xelor costume would be nut busting*, but the ever watching eye of copyright will be all over their hides if they tried to skip away with it; Ankama might cut us some beef if they get something out of it, not that it would be likely to happen. Maybe some advertising or part of the profits if they made it come in an energy pack as the Sonic set did. Yes, I know we got the Sonic promotional because of Sega and derp herp.
* Assume this phrase always refers to walnuts.
For the horns they could jut from the forehead like a triceratops without the front center horn; then I could headbutt as I please.

You said your Sprite work was no good to me personally! I say, these look quite nice, and give enough to the imagination for anyone to make a nice mesh of them!
10+

Hrrrrrg, I just noticed Schatt's beautiful work.
Man oh man oh MAN does that look even better than I thought it would! You seriously have to show me how to do that, I wanna join in on the fun too!

Manal IS Schatt.
Just in case.

I wrote Schatt before I wrote the @Manalicious.
BUT I kinda wrote that in response to the content, since I didn't notice he posted it yesterday.
Nonetheless, he now has my hand in marriage.

I will back away slowly for the computer.
I will walk up the stairs.
I will walk to the edge of the roof.
I will jump off it.
....
That was fun! Now to go do it again!
:D

Those Crystal Bandoliers are 4 girls i think.... :l

7 out of 13 in the OP made it in..... *claps*

This sounds awesome! I... Want...
*Takes the Bullet Bandolier*
More accessories would always be nice, and adding more would get people excited and open many more lockboxes.
Thus driving the price of CE up, bad for us, but lots of money for OOO.
I'm digging your bandoliers, i could totally go for a bullet bandolier.
Unfair that swordies get parrying/back blades and bombers get bomb bandoliers while their is no accessory aimed towards gunners (Correct me if I'm wrong, i have never seen an accessory meant for gunners), bullet bandolier would be totally awesome.
