Wanted listings in the Auction House

To help cut down on guessing what people want to pay and trying to be online at the same time as that one buyer I'm looking for, I would like to be able to search a list of offers from people who already put the money out to offer to buy items. The Auction House could still take it's cut from one party or the other, and selling my excess wouldn't be such a chore.
It could even be through a different location than the Auction House, maybe some sort of Gremlin deal broker.
I like this idea.
Currently our options for issuing WTBs is either the forums (which misses a good portion of the playerbase) or shouting it out over trade channel (which requires the luck of being online at the same time as a potential seller and also gets buried by other trade channel shouts).
This suggestion seems to aim for convenience at the cost of paying a fee for using it.
