I was wanting to create a CTR shield when i checked the wiki i couldnt find a CTR shield.. What my point is for the devs to make a new CTR shield as there is Swiftstrike ASI, BTS Damage Bonus, Scarlet Shield Health but we dont have a CTR.. Please consider this suggestion!!
