Hey all. So since I finally got the ce to get a third weapon slot I'm looking at getting either one of the above to use in LD. Just wondering if there is a discernible difference in their damage because I looked on the wiki and the bars look the same and there are no numbers. So is there? Or are they interchangeable?

Lockdown? Get a voltaic tempest over either. But if you must get one, get the salt bomb. It causes shock, and does only a slight bit less damage. Shock can be like a death sentence in lockdown.

To my knowledge, both bombs have the same damage on their primary explosion but the shards on the dark matter do more damage.

@Aureate: um... Nope xD I don't but I have a coat with max fire and shock so i guess I am half way there.
Rock Salt eventually gets the Shock status at its 4* and 5* version. I think it also gets less pure damage versus all enemies but slimes, although I might be wrong.
