PayPal can kiss my spiraled metal armour.

I have no credit card, and because of that, I can't get instant paypal from Canada, nor, can I buy packs here unless I wait for what is going on 2 weeks.

I suggest that other payment options like Boku be able to buy the packs so people like me don't have to put up with trying to call paypal customer service to find out what is up only to be told "I dunno"

Cell phone companies charge an extra tax, and might impose limits, plus Boku deals with that stuff. It's out of OOO's control.

I know. $30 on my cell gets

I know. $30 on my cell gets me 5000 CE, whereas $50 through paypal gets me 20,000 CE

But Paypal takes 2 weeks and my cell takes 2 minutes.
