I think that OOO should take this one step further... these AI knights should randomly join your party and begin to use nothing but Nitronome. Once they die, they will leave.

I guess they could like... suppress the beggars or something. Actually, that'd be hilarious... but I don't see them enforcing anything on the rest of us. Most of us have items known as "flourishes" or "toothpics" lying around in four to five star varieties- we can take the Spiral Hor'dourve.
Most of the Haven-goers only fear one kind of police- the fashion police.

3 days ago...
Actually after a reboot that always happens at 6:05 AM those knights came after the reboot was over and i saw them walking to bazzar, arcade and haven. I followed 1 to bazzar but it never went to bazzar and my friend said it went flying off. A bit odd in my opinion :p

Defender, click on "Forum Preferences" near the top of the screen. The option should be in there somewhere
I'm wondering this too. I just saw Knights randomly walking around like they were... soulless!
EDIT: So far I have seen three NPCs:
1) Defender Knights: they randomly stroll around Haven wielding 3* weapons.
2) Messenger: A Messenger talking to Lt.Feron about something and passing something on....
3) Suppliers: Two Knights carrying boxes. Once they reach their destination they place the box and run back to gather more.
4) Gremlin: No idea about this one but someone has noted seeing one around.
