Just one question. I made an alternate account, thinking that it'll have its own mist energy and stuff. Unfortunately, it seems that the accounts share mist energy. Is the mist energy linked to your IP address or something? If not, how else can I have 2 separate accounts that do not share mist energy?

All free accounts on the same

All free accounts on the same computer share the same mist tank. If you make any purchase on any account, then that account gets its own separate mist stream.

Thanks but...

If I use another computer will that make a difference? As in one account I play on one and I play the alternate on the other

That works as well. As long as you don't log on to the second computer with your first account or vice versa.

Ultimately, it's not that

Ultimately, it's not that hard to just pay like £2 and get some CE and have that acc permanently streaming it's own mist, separate from free accs.

I dont know if OOO will be happy with it. One thing is to abuse the system as is. But you're bringing external programs to the mix.

As long as you haven't logged onto the 'other account' after using mist on the first one, there won't be any 'damage'.

It'll only register mist usage if it's been logged onto a computer that's already had a free account use mist on it. Otherwise, the accounts remain separate in all forms.

Accounts aren't tied to computers either, only the mist does for the time it takes to regenerate what's been used.
