It looks like even if a room change is not published officially, it will still hold in Design Mode. On the alt I was using to test all of this, I placed an Empty Room over an Alchemy Room. Before the Guild Hall actually regenerated, I logged out of the alt account. My Guild Hall still has an Alchemy Room, but if I enter Design Mode on any account, the Alchemy Room is gone.
90,000 crowns sunk, just like that.
Maybe I should change this to a general "Guild Hall Information" thread or something...

With slight irrelevance to the topic - but your "90k crown sunk" comment made me think of it - I'm glad that they turned it into a persistent crown sink instead of a one-time thing.

YES my wish was somewhat granted! You started it but I already got 1st floor both side and 2nd floor East side only so... Already have blue/green pot and some red furniture too :P (I mostly want to know when will I get the yellow and red flower pot. One of my GM want to know at which point you get the UV shop and the unbinder merchant)
Can someone list the expansion cost and requirements for garden and training hall please? (I heard training hall requires 4th floor, not sure about garden.)
If I had that information, I'd definitely add it to the tables.
Anyone know how to access the member storage?
If you're talking about the thing that lets you deposit/withdraw unwanted weapons/equipment, I have no idea.

1. Opening 2F war room cost 25k upkeep is same as cost
Prerequisites: 2F left AND right wing MUST be expanded first
-Noticed opening war room unlocks 2F Field Sensor.
-Not 100% sure if it unlocked a beacon as well (red i think).
2. Guild storage cost 20k
3. Guild member limit expansion to 150 members from 100 members cost 150k
Once you purchase member storage, you can access it through the main console (same as the other stuff).
There is a slot for Members, Veterans, and Officers. GMs/Offs can add/take from all of them, while the others can only take from their specific rank.
You need to buy guild's storage module to gain access to Guild Storage. It's a 2F upgrade.

3F adds: Bechamel and Krogmo
4F adds: training hall and Punch-Vise (at least you only need 1 side of the 4F to unlock them)

Updated with information about further expansions whose prices are assumptions based on the final price being 400k. I think everything is at least listed now, but a lot of things are still unconfirmed.

We have only the 2F West room and we have
Yellow Light Beacon (I think you can buy this with just the 1F West & 1F East expansions)

Mist well is 2F unlock not 3F
oh sorry if you need prices about the special rooms i can add a few (except alchemy room, and Auction House room)
Bechamel: 350,000 cr
Krogmo: 325,000 cr
Punch and Vise: 750,000 cr
Training Room: 1,200,000 cr
The rooms i dont say here are alchemy and auction because to see their price again i have to remove them and well, pay again the price. so if you remove an existing room to move it on another floor. you have to paid again the room after you removed it.

Price of 2F wing = 18,750 i am pretty sure cost and upkeep are the same price. Upkeep readjust itself to how many days before rent is due when upgrading.
If you want pictures of furnitures a good place to F12 is Echoes of Silence and Impervious Guilds they have a lot of stuff around.
If you click on a red link from the Furniture page, add {{FurnitureTOC}} to the edit window and then click "Show preview" the wiki will provide you with a formatted file name for your furniture pictures.
Help understanding the Furniture list (if you want to update the availability) can be found here.
Don't forget to save the page when you are done!
I believe 3F expansions are 25,000, not 50,000.

Fixed up those prices.
After taking another look at the EoS Guild Hall, I realized that I completely neglected the existence of a 5th floor. I've adjusted costs again so that the total is 400000.
As always, my thanks go out to all of you as well for helping to get this information all compiled. Seeing the wiki expand is great, and I'm happy to have been able to help. I can't seem to access the Furniture page at all for some reason, though. It says it's down for maintenance, but it looks like all of the other pages work just fine.

I can confirm that 2F East Wing Expansion is 18750 upkeep. And as Xplor said the first payment when adding a room is a fraction according to the time left till the next upkeep payment. Which might be useful if you're on a tight budget and only want to bloat the guild hall size one time to buy furniture and collapse back to smaller.
2F West Wing OR East Wing Purchased has different furniture listed than you get. I assume adding the second wing unlocks the rest.
After Purchasing 2F East Wing only:
Sundries have a question mark in your list, they are indeed available.
Spiral Red Compact Chair is there as listed and you're missing Spiral Red Modular Table.
But,

Does anyone know if Membership Upgrade and Guild Storage Upgrade stay or get removed when the guild hall size shrinks? I was under the impression that they get removed but the Guild Storage Upgrade text says it permanently adds the function, so does it?

And... I think the furniture available for us to buy is based on how much cr we've already spent on the hall. This makes for harder research, but I've noticed this:
When we expanded to our first floor east wing, we were able to buy the Spiral blue chair, table, plant and I think a box-furniture. Then when we expanded to the west wing, we could buy those wardrobes, beds, and a yellow light beacon. After buying a bed, we now have the option to buy blue plants and sundries. We haven't expanded to the second floor yet, so I'm assuming we won't need to if we just spend our treasury money gradually to get access to new furniture.
Has anyone else with a small guild noticed this?
'small guilds who don't/can't splurge millions of cr to swankify their halls in a snap?

That's an interesting theory, but it is much harder to test. I've still only got the 1F East Wing, but I've put money into an Alchemy Room and some furniture. The Blue Potted Plant, Sundries, and Yellow Beacon are still unavailable to me.
As confirmed by Njthug, there are two types of snipes. The snipes you can buy are considered furniture. The snipes that come with Snipe Garden are not.
As a reminder, I have built, confirmed, and finished editing the Rooms and Expansions wiki page.
I think the cache is now updated so it should be showing the current revision that I was working on.

Can I assume that only GMs can buy guild upgrades? Or is purchasable guild content only displayed when the guild has sufficient funding to buy it?
