I don't know how the guy pulled it off but I saw him do over 10k damage as recon, wearing quicksilver with hammer+magnus.

And this was in tier 2 lockdown :0

Lots of the players you listed may get well over 15K damage a game, but I'd go for the ones who have ever reached upwards of 10 caps.

It's hard to even find some that reach upwards of 5 caps a game.
