In Clocktower areas the stone wolves will burrow out into 'space' (outside the playable area). Things to note:
1. Still killable with a handgun
2. Any drops that aren't magnetic will languish in space forever
Ran into this problem as well last night. Grey wolves burrowing out of the boundaries of the path.
Yeah, we've received lots of reports of this one. I myself am not sure if this is an issue with the level or the Ash Tail, but we'll try to get this issue fixed soon.
@Cory Gotcha! I figured it had to be a common one.
Echoing Pupu, I ran into the issue on one of the standard Wolvers Den levels as well, so that's 2 different levels at least.

On a similar issue, if you kill an enemy near a gate, some drops can get to the other side of the gate, making them unreachable.
