I think each mist well should be its own, separate well? So that you could have one for guild masters, one for officers, etc? Because there really isn't a point to buying multiple mist wells if they aren't. or at least have some sort of warning that mist wells are connected before we buy them
Mist Wells?
So you want to buy a mist well for your own/a group of peoples' self-consumption and keep one more for the rest of the guild? Now tell me how is that different from mist wells being shared.
@Zaffy-Laffy reread , if you still dont understand how it would work , reread , if you still dont understand how it would work , reread
repeat till you understand that sometimes a veteran put alot of energy and a member who never contribute decide to craft using ALL the mist to save him 100 energy every craft
i would be problematic to put back the mist well into the inventory and getting it back and knowing how mutch energy goes in the mist well , so maybe blue / red and white mist well?
so it share energy trough each of the same color , then put the mist well behind the right door
Good job catching my sarcasm :3 /sarcasmmode off
"sometimes a veteran put alot of energy and a member who never contribute decide to craft using ALL the mist to save him 100 energy every craft" and that's why we have doors...
What I am saying is, if you want to have separate mist wells, it would be next to having doors to lock out the lower ranking members, because why bother sharing your mist with the lower ranking if you can have your own, which can be achievable through rank doors. Capitalism.
And your grammar and spelling is atrocious. If English is not your native language, I can forgive you for your grammar, but even a person without knowledge of another language will still bother to fix his/her spelling mistakes
look , sometimes a vet just want to incrase his number of run by depositing 1k ce in the mist well ... it dosent mean we have to prevent lower ranking people to fill the mist well , in my guild we have system where 6 people put 86 ce in it and each of them have 101 mist back
the mist well is almost always full that way , but when someone but a huge amount by himself or me as gm when i deposit a whole guild sharing mist like (5k mist at once) and see the next day its empty ... i would like to just give 2k in each mist well and would happen what would happen whitout affecting the ones who contributed more
also 3 color mist well would fit if someone do blue room , red room , white room using the furnitures color
I slightly agree to the OP, however......
Of course from what you say : "when someone but a huge amount by himself or me as gm when i deposit a whole guild sharing mist like (5k mist at once) and see the next day its empty"
Yes, people stealing... it is so unfair that way. Argument #1 has been established
Argument #2 : So you want mist wells cater to a group of people. Technically you can exploit the mist wells more efficiently (20% extra mist)
Argument #3 : Catering to limited people only breaks that spirit of sharing. The 20% extra mist should generally be shared among the guild. It is not something to be exploited by a few people only. Why bother, having so much more mist, that you won't share... Selfish, isn't it.
Argument #4 : You have doors already, just lock the lower ranking out, let them not deserve their mist tanks, because in the end they might not even afford the energy to utilize the mist well to the fullest.
and then member quits calling you an a**h*** selfish (trust me it happen every day i tell them to be promoted to member its 12k but there is no weekly fee)
so if you lock out people who already paid thier 12k even more from using guild materials ... this will just cause more quiting
No.1 Your guild should not force people to pay 12k so they can be promoted. These type of "pay to win" situations are the most dramatic, as it does not rely on trust and friendship (a better but more unreliable way of gauging people).
No.2 Just because they throw vulgarities at you, doesn't make you a bad person. There are truly some people who only cares about themselves.
No.3 If these people do really expect something out of you, then they are just greedy and selfish people. Take note there cannot be communism involved.
No.4 Why are you putting in so much energy inside wells anyway. Are you truly loaded with so much money that you have to give away them for free? Yeah you have your 6-month elevator pass, that does not make you gain reputation through a monetary fashion.
I actually like to see you argue better, but your arguments are filling with fallacies that I can use to counter-argue.
12k consept is very simple .. you pay it once .. you get to accest free kat fetish and free humbugs .. people used to come during winterfest and quit the guild after reciving the free humbugs ... so no more free events / use of guild materials for peopel who dont plan on contributing
Most guilds already have a strategy for that. For instance my guild puts the mist well in a designated room for Guild Masters and Officers to enter. There's a forcefield that keeps lower ranks out.
