Ok, so i go to the unbind guy, and i see that i cant unbind costumes. I was so bummed.
THere fore i suggest that we should be able to unbind costumes

Do you want to arbitrarily attach a value to every single costume in the game? I sure don't.
Costumes are purely cosmetic and you lose no gameplay value by not having them.
Consider the value of almost every promo(including Rose regalia).
