Three years have passed.
It has been some time since any good news has been heard of in the Wastelands opposing Haven. Bandits kill all who resist and steal what they can to survive. Nobody is safe. Weaponry is a luxury.
This is an open-ended RP. As soon as you begin, you're given the basic Cobalt Set, weapons and all, and sent out. You can go looking for trouble or let it find you. Find loot, or loot others. Clear out a bandit swarm or a Mini swarm. Take down a powerful bandit or an angry Snarbolax. The choice is yours - But be wary, for at night, the Wasteland hungers for victims...
RULES, SETTINGS AND WHATNOT
RULES
No killing other OC's. You can team up with them, you can ignore them to their fate (Leaving them for dead), but you cannot directly kill you. If you do, a bomb connected to your armor will explode and kill you. The Wasteland Bandits, however, could teach you to disconnect this bomb...If you're trustworthy to them.
BE CAREFUL. You really, truly, only have one life.* One character sheet. (Except for me. I need two characters here. SORRY FOR BREAKING MY OWN RULES HERE!)
* = There are certain conditions and items that will resurrect you...But be wary, those are few, far between, and holding onto them, in an item's case, will make you a walking magnet for bandits.
No overpowered stuff. Divine Avengers, Gran Fausts, really, any powerful weapon, are extremely rare in the wastes. Your starting gear is the Cobalt Set, a Calibur, a Brandish, a Blaster, and a Blast Bomb. Normal SK weapon rules do apply, though, so yes, bottomless bullets (Reloading takes a little longer), respawning bombs and the like still apply...To an extent*.
* = Parts degrade over time. Repair them with the materials, or pay the price with reduced charge time, reduced speed, and reduced damage...
You cannot escape the Wasteland, not yet. Contact with HQ is limited.
SETTING
The Wasteland. A barren place with little in the way of hospitality, formed of the scum that was exiled from Haven. Lawlessness, murder, thievery, and all other assorted crimes are as common as a sword. HQ never contacts the Wasteland. It's a deadly place in of itself, filled with all sorts of toxins, monsters, in general, everything's trying to kill you. You begin in the small, jerry-rigged town of Vendetta. Vendetta is nice enough, it has a weapon and armor shop, but it's not that good for later on.
WHATNOT
You've been falsely arrested. Stripped of rank, title, equipment, everything. Dropped to the Wasteland on someone's accord. You need to survive and get back to Haven, but all the while you also need to collect clues that tie your case to the real criminal's case, and, of course, not get killed along the way. You know it was a case of a rigged jury. You saw the bribes, but was threatened with death if you called them out. You hunger to be free and for food. A guard slides you a tray of food. Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, and gravy. It's a decent enough meal, but he also gives you a clipboard to fill your information out into...
