This happened to me a few minutes ago.
I was about to redeem my UGC(Ultimate Game Card) but the Catalog would not load.
Hopefully I don't have to wait hours for it to load, I wish they can fix this sooner.

Still having the same problem
Still having the same problem as described here.
I'm using the steam version and just tried to buy some energy but after showing "loading packages" for a while it will just tell me it failed to load the packages.
Would be great if it could be fixed soon.

Funny how the billing acts up during an event in which you have more incentive to purchase energy.
I'd love to be able to blow my $80 of Steam Funds by Monday, but that doesn't seem to be happening. For shame.
These downtimes fluctuate a little TOO conveniently.

Energy hates me.
I am having this problem as well.
It was working for about 5 minutes so I used that time to get extra energy. Well, I finished the purchase and nothing came to me. I thought that it was just taking a bit of time since it had just been fixed but now that about 3 hours have passed and I still don't have my energy, I'm getting a bit angry.
I hope I didn't loose that money and not get anything in return because the energy packages decided to rebreak right after I bought it.

Soooo, since we still can't purchase and energy and the special sales are about to run out soon, will the sales be extended?
There's not really a point in having a sale of prize boxes, battle sprites and monster pockets when it's impossible to buy the energy to be actually able to buy some of the stuff...

I hope the sales going on will not end before the energy issue is resolved.
This happened to me yesterday. I made a thread about it too. You can still find my thread titled "Billing is down." Fortunately, the packages were able to load after a few hours.
One other thing: This same expience happened to me at nearly exactly the same time of day as you. Maybe there is a period of time that it doesn't work?
Anyway, seeing that this has happened two days now, there is apparently some sort of problem. One that needs to be fixed.
