that OOO decided to update the game at the same time as you were going to run UFSC and one of your party members had their internetz stolen by their neighbours so that they disconnect but only after 15 minutes of technically just being idle so that you lose so much time that you end up like this?

That wasn't that reboot, Tweeter. That was the unexpected update that would bring Maskwel back to town so that people could use their tokens that wouldn't expire until tomorrow. The patch took place 20:20 GMT+1, not the ususal 14:00 for scheduled reboots (that have stopped?) and it was a thursday, one day after patches are usually aired.
Well... at least you got most of what you could?
