There aren't any dragon on Cradle to celebrate. They were all brutally murdered and ripped apart until only their scales remain, and rare and infrequent.
There aren't horses either. Wait...that means they saw horses on their old world...

That frequency hasn't diminished though (if anything it has become more frequent since the split loot update) during the few years we've spent slaughtering Cradle's inhabitants.
