The first level never happened

I made a new character, and skipped the ENTIRE first tutorial level, AND Rescue Camp, and went straight to Town Square.
What are the repercussions of this? Do you think anything is "unlocked" on your account for completing any of these things?
Just curious. I'm fairly sure I didn't get the achievements for them.

The only thing you missed out
The only thing you missed out on is getting 10 energy taken away from you to go to haven.

Mist Tank rewards
I would check to make sure you can get "quests" properly -- the first quest is "reach the rescue camp", followed by "cross the chasm to Haven", followed by "head to the Arcade" and so on. Three of those quests result in you receiving a free Mist Tank as a reward (reach Haven, gain Tier 2 access and gain Tier 3 access), so it would be a shame if you couldn't get those. Try pressing Tab and checking the Progress tab to see if what's listed at the top -- maybe you can get a GM to fix your status if it's broken from having skipped the Rescue Camp.
Other than that, the only other thing I would check is whether or not you can properly gain Tier access -- try doing a Tier 1 run (or have someone invite you to Moorcroft from the south side of the access gate) and see what the Knight guarding the access gate has to say. I'd be surprised if there was a problem, but I'd say it's worth checking.

I didn't get a lot of achievements I should of gotten based on the entire time I've played the game, it's like I will have to go back just to get those.
