Greetings!

This coming Monday, starting at 6 p.m. Pacific, Spiral Knights will be unavailable for several hours while we're moving some critical hardware supporting our games within our co-location facility. While for the most part Spiral Knights is hosted in the cloud, certain key components of the game are resident in a co-location facility. From time to time, our co-location provider makes updates and upgrades to the facility. More rarely, they are obliged to make significant changes to our infrastructure.

This will affect not only connectivity to the game, but access to billing, support, and the Spiral Knights website including forums and wiki. Elevator passes and upgrades will automatically extend to compensate for any downtime. Any auctions that are running will also be extended.
