While doing the danger mission Ghosts in the Machine, we went through the first depth pretty fine althrough at the end of the depth i lost connection completely.

While standing by the gate with a charged up Fang of Vog so i could Fang the Deadnaughts back (which would likely kill it or do very heavy damage), the Deadnaught spawned right on top of me so i was inside him. A second later, it somehow pushed me through the gate, i was freaked out by this as you see in the screenshot.
