Obviously it's not a finished product, but my best friend was blessed several minutes ago with the ability to Shield Dash.

Facts:

-The bash is several blocks longer than the Hammer dash--and slightly faster
-As of right now there was no way of telling how much damage it would do, because only the dash works.
-It could be a mixture of the dash and bash--probably an accident.
-You CAN dash cancel (Attack then cancel a dash in the opposite direction)
-He could NOT use it in Lockdown I repeat, COULD NOT USE IT IN LOCKDOWN

Opinion:

-Kodokushi personally thinks it's the dash coded in with bash, I might believe him since the technique did absolutely 0 damage.
-I think it might have been shield bash because he dashed into spikes and died several times. Dash is supposed to have invulnerability.
