It would be awesome if SK collaborated with this guy over here:

with his amazing SK figurines and mass-produced them. if SK community want this please comment!
Due to popular demand, PLUSHIES! I guess they would make more marketing sense, being cheaper to make and all.
It would also be awesome if it came with a code to unlock promo items in game.

The Story Continues?
It would be nice if SK was able to have an ending (Plz read b4 hatespam) for this one "chronicle" as inm getting off the planet. After that perhaps it would be awesome if the storyline continued, I mean, pros dont want to farm vana 4ever or just expand their guild/get into bigger guilds and loung around doing nothing. Would be awesome for more DLC or continued storyline

SK Lounge!
Perhaps a single room/building would suffice. An area separate from the market and people shouting what price they're selling stuff for, for collaborating and lounging around, talking to others and friends.

Btw it would be awesome if costumes were able to be got from more ways.

IRL Merch: Ehh, do you know how much it takes that guy to make the stuff? It's not even all done yet. And even if SK did something like this, do you know how expensive the pieces would be? I'd say Plushies are the best thing to do for IRL merching...

The Story Continues: No. The entire point of the game is to get the core open via donating minerals into Dormant Gates. OOO said they won't be opening the Core (Because that would ruin the point of the game). If you don't want to do Vanaduke just go Scenario Room hunting or do Shadow Lairs. Sure, more DLCs are good. But OOO didn't even move their butt after Crimson Hammer.

SK Lounge!: As you said, " loung around doing nothing". Besides, The Guild Halls and the Haven Town Square already do the job.

If you scroll down a bit you see that the indie game has mass produced not 1 but 2 models. So it's totally possible
To the bit where one of the commenters stated that the deviantart dude couldnt manufacture all the goods, well duh lol. OOO's gotta do that, create and manufacture from blueprints as such.

ya know, the monsters in spiral knights are soooo cute, i dont see why there is no market potential for sk plushies

10/10 would buy if they made plushies, for every single design of monster in-game.

It would cost alot for Sega if they made SK plushies. Plus, SK is not a popular enough game to make merchandise. While I would love to have SK plushies, OOO and Sega won't really make plushies just for a few people.

A) Plushies are dirt-cheap.
B) You don't need to be popular to sell enough merch to be profitable. Webcomics have been doing it for years.
C) SK players won't be the only market for them. Regular people with small children would buy them too, even if they had no idea what SK is.

+1 It is POSSIBLE and easier than you think

OOO is a company of developpers. I agree, but I am also sure there is a market manager. And this guy is able to contact manufactures which would developp such product. And with the links we saw, some coompanies are quite used to it. So it won't be difficult to find a company whch will agree to product SK plushies. After it, there is no need to product mass plushies. OOO or SEGA can sell it piece per piec on his market. For example, each month, the company would send the number of purchases which were done. And some weeks later, we would receive our plushy we bought.
It would take time, but we would have our plush ;)

I am sure it is possible and easy.
But i an also sure that if we want the same qulity of product as we see in the first link, it will cost a lot. For my part i would be ok to spend 50$ in such product. I find it awesome, and its not so much regarding to the money i spent in this game : 0$ ^^

For my part I would like to have my main character standing on my desk near my computer <3
