Today I played with a friends of mine at spiral knights, his name in game is Dankanel. He did the account ingame but now, he can't access to the site and also he can't access in game. The site says that there aren't accounts connected with his email ( and also with his nickname! ).
Where is the problem? Could you help us please? Thanks!

reguard to your error you could ask your friend this question...
1 did he or she save the game account after the game where he or she click on quit? or log off
