my idea was for a CR bank it dosen't make sense to have one but what if there was intrest like 1-2% every 10k or something the only reason for me posting this idea is because of the price of CE so in the mean time while your waiting ME to refill you can at least make some money to help pay for CE

This is not real life, though; what Kevin is proposing is that Three Rings automagically gives players a percentage increase of imaginary money - which can be used to purchase, in-game, the commodity that Three Rings makes ACTUAL money off, namely CE - for doing exactly nothing. It doesn't make much sense as a game mechanic, and it certainly doesn't make any sense for Three Rings to allow players to completely circumvent their payment model.
This will absolutely never happen. Why would Three Rings give you free money? They've got bills to pay, you know.
