I felt like saying a couple of words on this topic.

Some months ago, there was Spiral Knights Census. I took part in the survey too. Since that, I'm seeing how they have been reacting to my opinion.

I said that my favourite item in the game was Storm Rider Mantle. They introduced the Rage promo.
I said that I wanted to see new kinds of battle mechanics. They introduced the Mixmaster.
I said that I liked the Construct family of monsters most of all. They introduced the Construct promo.
I said that I wanted to have some new accessories. They introduced new Lockboxes with all that new stuff.

Did you see any influence of your own opinion on how it all goes recently?

I put in something like "I'd like to see more Gremlin-related items" iirc and then Gremlin promo.

Sadly not on any of the more important things that I've wanted for. They did add rose regalia, and I might've mentioned that. I do approve of the new lockboxes too?

I don't think they've made any non-promotional changes, so I wouldn't really say that the census accomplished anything.
