All enemies is particular areas have lowered HP. I mean, this is the first time since 2011 I have seen this! Last week while running thru the arcade on elite farming my lovely Darkfang Shield, enemies had a pretty high amt. of HP. Stronger enemies took more hits to defeat. However... These past days those same enemies take like 3 swings to kill?! Nothing in my gear changed. I have always worn this same loadout, and it's 5* so I never heat it since I'm short of radiants. So obviously OOO snuck in some neat update of theirs or some bug happened. Again this is for enemies in certain areas and spawn points (like Arenas).

In the middle of FSC depth 27, the gun puppies have unusually small health.
In front of a certain gate in deconstruction zones, there is a gun puppy with unusually large health.
There are a few other examples like this. But otherwise I don't know what you're talking about. Perhaps you could give us a much more detailed report: What level you were in, which enemies you were facing, etc.
Devilites in the second arena of The Gauntlet arena have significantly decreased HP (as a matter of fact all devilites look like their HP has decreased...) the second arena room of The Gaunlet was unusually easy.

unless you mean you can one shot instead of 2 hit kill them now...
maybe theyre nerfing all enemies bit by bit and just not telling us anything (makes sense to me)
and if this keeps up my blitz will finally be able to ohko zombies in a full party
edit: I have also seen more and more cases of the "attack reachess farther than it should" and "I never hit that enemy but it aggroes away from that other guy to go after me" issues

Yes, those are the ones I mean. Yes, I know that they have always been like that.
Don't know how to explain it, but it really seems to be a perspective of time consumption to me.
One day I could be playing Royal Jelly Palace with a Gran Faust, and it takes 3 swings to kill a T2 Jelly.
Another day I could be using the same loadout in RJP, and it only takes 2 swings; but I don't know, could be expectations fooling me...
