I was wondering what are the chances of inflicting Stun with the Scintillating Sun Shards and Shock with the Shocking Salt Bomb in PVP. Sort of like a Shock + Stun Combo but with shards. If it has a better chance to inflict a status than a Stagger Storm + Voltaic Tempest Combo.
It has a lower chance than SS/VT but the statuses are more powerful which means that it is much harder to become immune to the statuses from the shard bombs.
As you may have noticed in LD some people can walk over Haze bombs without getting afflicted these bombs are straight counters to this and a pair of sharders are hard to stop.
